Leprosarium (Leper Colony)

With the objective of ensuring qualitative rehabilitation services to the leper patients, the society has played a major role in establishing and monitoring leper home or Leprosariums in different parts of Rajasthan and Punjab. The Society provides qualitative rehabilitation facilities to the patients. The leper colonies are located in Faridkot, Fazilka, Muktsar, Moga, and Malout. There are twenty to thirty leper patients in each leprosarium. Society also provides curative medical services and rehabilitation programmes. In this manner, society has taken care of more than 1000 patients and their families.
