ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

The society is governed by an elected body under the leadership of the President and a secretary. The members of the governing body including the twelve executive body members get elected every three years through democratic process. From 1976 society has a firm and stable administrative system to navigate itself into better direction. And all activities and programmes of societies are coordinated by the Programme Co-coordinators.

VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT CENTERS

Village Development Center (VDC) is the prime initiative of the Little Flower Charitable Society to achieve the vision to "be little serve the little". VDC is structured for an all-round development of Village community of Punjab and Rajasthan. Through these Centers, the society coordinates all the village development activities. Activities undertaken under VDC are Balavadi (Pre-school training), Tailoring Center for unemployed women, Self Help Group, Small Scale Initiative Center, Tuition Center for poor students, outlet for women Self Help Group's products, youth clubs and a home based health service center especially for geriatric patients.

At present Society has fifteen Village Development Centers in Sri Ganganagar, Moga, Guruharsahai, Malout, Jaisalmeer, Muktsar, Sikar and Sikhwala and serves more than 100 families every year from each center. Society's dream for 2020 is to build own building for all the Village development Centers and form at least one Village Development Center in every village of Ferozepur, Moga, Muktsar, Fazilka and Faridkot, Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Ajmer, Sikar, Churu, Jaisalmer, Jhunjhunu and generate benefits to more than 25000 families per year by 2025.
